Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio Hearing Aids

A sneak peak at the Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio

The most pronounced feature is a dedicated artificial intelligence (AI) Chip. This hearing aid has 2 processors with one dedicated to Deep Neural Network (DNN) called DEEPSONIC™.
This feature gives the heaing aid the ability to acheive a 10 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) improvement. (according to Phonak)
According to experts this translates into an incredible improvement in background noise situations.

Phonak illustrate this with a recording of what you hear without the setting compared to with the setting.

New Processing Chip

The processor is 53 times more powerful than previous generations. This allows for AI to be used onboard.

The purpose of this extra processing power is to turn background noise down and focus in on speech. This technology has been available, however the power to do this live in real time based on your environment background noise is a break through.

The experience of a hearing aid that works well in background noise (no matter which brand) is phenominal. Separating speech from background noise using their deep neural network trained by artificial intelligence that is in your hearing aid.

Excellent Streaming

Phonak are known for the streaming capabilities. Poor streaming results in losing the signal or it cutting in and out as you move away from your device.

Another consideration when streaming is the amount of battery charge used. Phonak does well on comparison tests of streaming.

  • Up to 8 Bluetooth® devices connected (2 can be simultaneously connected)
  • Shifts seamlessly between acoustic and streaming - adapts automatically
  • RogerDirect™ available to take advantage of hearing accessories
